Overview

Debbie is a trainer, consultant and coach working with middle and senior managers.  She thrives on the challenge of working with individuals and teams who are earnest in their need and desire for personal and business change.  In her work she can draw upon a wide set of skills and tools for driving such change which include qualifications in personality assessments, NLP, mindfulness coaching and Psych-K.

As an experienced Human Resource Director, Debbie’s career has included European, International and Global roles held in Retail, Media, Entertainment and Financial Services sectors.

Business Background

Debbie’s most recent corporate position was Executive Vice-President and Group Human Resource Director for Scottish Re Limited.  This Bermuda-based American company needed to re-set the HR agenda and raise the talent game globally.

In a prior position with Clear channel Entertainment, responsible for Human Resources across a broad portfolio of businesses in Europe, much of her work was in creating step change at individual, team and organisational levels.

As Senior Vice President – Global Human Resources at Blockbuster, based in Dallas, USA, her career focused on leadership development, talent management, and organisational transformation where she worked with the process of Structural Cybernetics.

Personal Information

Debbie shares her life with her partner and his two children, three dogs and two horses. She is a keen entrepreneur with equine business interests that continue to grow and develop. Debbie prides herself on having a wide agenda of interests that stimulate her constant drive for learning.  She is currently studying Sports Psychology to integrate her love of coaching with her interest in physical sports.
