Christina Ioannidis is a trainer and facilitator with over 12 years commercial experience in a variety of industries. A Venezuelan – Greek, she launched Aquitude born out of her passion for empowering diversity and enhancing cultural change.

Christina’s career ranges from FMCG, Consultancy, Telecoms, IT, and entrepreneurship. A Venezuelan-Greek, Christina has grown up in a variety of cultures, adapting not only to cultural but social differences. She passionately believes in the continual learning by individuals and organizations and is a spokesperson for Transformational Leadership and Diversity.

Christina is an advocate of experiential learning and her training methods are engaging, interactive and creative in order to stimulate change and innovation. In her work she can draw upon a wide set of skills and tools for driving such change which include brain dominance preference (HBDI), personality assessments and NLP.

Christina is multi-lingual, speaking 5 languages fluently. She is a certified NLP practitioner, LAB Profile Practitioner, Executive Coach and a certified HBDI practitioner. She also holds an MSc in International Marketing earned with a Distinction.
