A specially designed communications platform which combines educational and career development for future women leaders in the UAE, with talent development of your organisation.
The biggest challenge for female young talent and future leaders in the UAE is career progression, particularly in male dominated fields. However, for future talent to cover the skills gap in the UAE it is imperative to break traditional gender-based stereotypes to fuel young women’s ambitions.
In partnership with Academia and Industry, young female leaders will be taken through a range of activities to enhance their choice of a corporate or entrepreneurial career path.
This program is currently developing partnerships with sponsors who want to align themselves with the goals of the project. More at breakinggenderstereotypes.com
