Be the Inspirational and Charismatic Leader

Charismatic and inspiring leadership is dependent on gaining trust, openness, creativity and dedication from others. The core of this programme is understanding the behaviours and attitudes critical to leading and motivating others in an increasingly challenging business environment. This will cover:

  • Leading, not managing! Understanding the difference between leadership and management
  • Being proactive: reading situations and responding with confidence and control
  • Setting goals: setting to achieve what is achievable
  • Prioritising: spending time on the important things and knowing the difference between urgent and important
  • Acting on mutual benefit: always aiming to seek “win/win” relationships
  • Understanding others: engage in empathic, authentic communication
  • Fostering transformational relationships based on honesty and integrity with teams and stakeholders so as to generate powerful, synergistic results

Good leaders and passionate about what they do. The day will also cover:

  • Aligning corporate and personal cultures and values
  • Encouraging ownership: empowering those around them
  • Learning to renew themselves through questioning and reviewing to achieve continuous learning

Ideal for groups/teams; or leaders who are looking to activate their personal leadership.
