Be the Strategic Networker

This programme provides the tools to propel talent through the organisation by allowing them to create visibility for themselves. Being able to strategically identify key networks and network effectively and efficiently within and outside the organization.

  • Networking Strategy: Where? What? Who?: Preparation, identifying informal/formal networks
  • Making a Lasting Impact: First impressions and body language; managing personal space; make lasting impressions with your overall corporate image; Subtle signals - use colour to convey a message; communicating with confidence and making introductions: the handshake, the posture and body language
  • Walking the talk: Integrity – facilitating information; making connections, 6 degrees of separation; exchanging business cards and identifying personality; cultural issues
  • Follow-up: making contact; arranging meeting and researching their networks and spheres of influence.

Participants will leave with:

  • The knowledge of taking control of their own destiny
  • Understanding how to build one-to-one, personal relationships as strong catalysts for professional success.
  • Taking control of their own personal PR plan for the benefit of their personal development and the business
