A unique, 5 day, step by step, live-in program designed for retailers, entrepreneurs and small businesses who are doing ecommerce for the first time. Featuring daily group training and coaching, access to online forums and peer support.
Participate as an individual or as part of a team.
At the end of the programme, you can have:
- A live, functioning, ecommerce website with the ability to take orders and payments.
- An Ecommerce Strategy for today’s environment and an uncertain future.
- Peer support network to facilitate ongoing learning and development

Typical Daily Plan
- 9:00 – Daily Stand Up (20 Minutes) – Review of the previous day, group sharing of challenges and wins. Objective setting and motivational exercises.
- 9:20 – Training (40 Minutes – 1 Hour) – Instructor led online presentation of key concepts required to achieve the day’s objectives. Use of case studies and best practice from around the world. Specialist guest trainers.
- 10:00 – Sprint – Participants work on set tasks in their apartments. Instructors & coaches will be available to answer questions and facilitate.
- 12:30 – Mid-Day Huddle on the mountain – Problem Solving & Ad-Hoc Training (30 Minutes) – Group sharing of progress, challenges and wins. Group training on subjects identified by the group as relevant for next task.
- 13:00 –Sprint Continues
- 16:30 – End of Day Huddle & Debrief
- 19:30 – Dinner at an Athens café or restaurant (optional)
Prerequisites
This Boot-Camp programme is designed for businesses that have infrastructure in place – like business bank accounts or physical stores. In order to achieve the goals of the programme in the time-frame company participants should have:
- Permission to act on the company’s behalf to create or edit a website.
- A business licence if required
- Business Banking with Merchant Services or Debit/Credit Card facilities.
The Venue, Logistics & Fine Print
Spend the week in one of Athens most up and coming, trendy neighbourhoods. Choose from your own 1 bedroom apartment or share a 2 bedroom apartment with a colleague or one of the other course participants. Each apartment has high-speed internet and kitchen. The building also has lockers and a laundry.
- The course fees include 5 nights accommodation (Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu).
- Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the apartments. Lunch will be provided each day. Other meals are not included.
- Flights & Transfers are not included. (Transfers can be arranged – Fixed price from the airport)
- In the event that the course cannot be delivered due to COVID restrictions, delegates will have the option to participate remotely (a partial refund will be given) or reschedule for another date.
Add-Ons
- Weekend sight-seeing in Athens – If you would like to extend your stay, we will be happy to arrange extra nights in our accommodation or a hotel of your choice.
- The Greek Islands – Add a weekend trip before or after the course. Visit Mykonos, Santorini or Paros – or talk to our travel professionals to tailor a package for you.
